The first Construction Diversity Expo in 2010 took place at London's Guildhall on 31st March 2010.

The conference was held in the morning, and 170 people from the construction and equality sectors heard keynote speaches from Stuart Fraser, City of London, James Wates, WATES Group, Judy Lowe, Construction Skills, Alison Carnwath, Land Securities Group followed by a choice of 3 workshops delivered by EHRC, WAMT and City of London.

The afternoon saw the Expo open it's dooors to approximately 400 visitors. All of the 53 exhibitors were either construction employers, training providers or support organsiations from the construction sector.

It is thanks to success of the first event, that the Expo partnership are able to increase the size and durantion of the Expo for Aril 2011.
