Thank you to everyone who participated in the first Construction Diversity Expo

We would especially like to thank our main delivery partner the City of London for providing the fantastic Guildhall, and all our main partners without whom the event could not have happened especially our funders: Wates Giving, Cross River Partnership supported by LDA, Summit Skills, NICEIC, CITB Construction Skills & WAMT

With just under 200 conference guests and over 400 exhibition visitors, the event has received a lot of positive feedback and we are already looking forward to the next Expo in March 2011

With a specific focus on diversity, we want to attract members of minority ethnic groups, disabled people and women to address under-representation in the sector. We aim to provide jobseekers with access to employment and training opportunities in construction.
